Hi, in my Trac installation there are some users that can open tickets BUT can not assign/modify tickets and that is what i want. The problem is that if without the TICKET_MODIFY permission he/she will not appear in the ASSIGN TO drop down list when another user with TICKET_MODIFY permission will assign the tickets to users.
All i want is the possibility for some of my trac users to open tickets without TICKET_MODIFY permission and to be in the ASSIGN TO drop down list.
