This sounds like: http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/7684 Short story: if you are running 0.12, you need to install Genshi from trunk (or possibly from the 0.5.x branch, I'm not sure). Alternatively, don't install Babel, but then you won't have i18n. -- Remy
