This part is not hard to do if you share an Auth file.
create a script to just add the username/permission on the PROJECT_X
(you have to say that in your best power puff girls echoing announcer
voice)
There is also the TracForge stuff that offers single sign on etc. No
idea how that works however, just that it exists.
Someone created a little "super user" plugin to do this quickly for
them as well.
