I have a report whose specification includes
WHERE t.owner = '$USER'
AND status <> 'closed'
And is sometimes invoked with ?USER=someone. The normal title of this report
is "My ..." but I'd like it to include $USER in the title. I tried putting
$USER in the Report Title field but that didn't work. I don't see anything in
the TracReports page that points me in the right direction. Is this possible?
