Hi all, looks like setting restrict_owner to true turns the owner field to drop-down list in the custom query filter as well as in new ticket page. That's a really bad idea for a number of reasons. An obvious one is that "contains", "begin with" etc. filters.
So, is there a way to make Assign-To a drop-down, but keep the Owner on custom query page a text box?
