The operation add a date to milestone and its not reversible
Every time a ticket is created or modified the plugin cheks if its milestone is started and if yes, calculates the effort

Concerning this part of the issue, what does exactly happen when the
"start molestone"  button is pushed? I haven't quite understood it yet
(it's not a reversible operation right?)
