In the Roadmap, click on the milestone's name. In the detail page that's displayed, there should be an Edit Milestone button (if not, you probably don't have privileges you'll need). The Edit Milestone button leads to a page with a Completed checkbox where you can set the date that the milestone was fulfilled.
