Hu Rename the .csv to .txt and open it in Excel via the file-menu (not drag&drop). Then Excel allows you to decide, what delimiter to use and so on. That's the way we're doing it.

The csv should be ok, but excel doesn't parse the trac csv at all, it just show text. the tsv is not associated with excel by default, which is a problem for clients. Is there an easy fix here?
