Thanks for the SQL hint Lewis. I've reviewed the DB but still can't locate the area where the 'Assign to:' field is getting populated by the lingering accounts. The lingering accounts are peppered throughout the Wiki and Ticket areas so would I have to go to each record and modify that specific entry? Any suggestions? My apologies if this is a simple problem but this Trac project was dropped in my lap. - Jamie
