I'm having a problem whereby the recipient list (the To: field) of
ticket notifications is empty. Email notification is otherwise
working, but because there is no recipient, the emails get dumped into
a default inbox (which I can see). I've reviewed Email Notification of
Ticket Changes documentation, and confirmed a correct email address in
my Preferences page, but there is still no recipient on the
notifications when I create or modify a ticket.

I checked the log file. I see no errors reported, but I do see an smtp
activity entry (domain name changed for privacy):

2009-01-22 09:37:00,648 Trac[notification] INFO: Sending SMTP
notification to smtp.mydomain.org:25 to [u'[email protected]']

Everything seems to be working correctly except for the empty
recipient list. Am I missing something?
