Never seen anything like that, but it would be nice :-) Trac is very careful to use good markup wherever possible, so I imagine you could do a lot with some CSS and maybe a new theme template. It would be pretty easy to make a pre-req filter that checks the UA string and adds that stuff just for mobile users too.
