Hi,

we have a Trac server which is accessible by name from our internal
network only but is accessible by some clients via its ip-address. The
problem is that when a mail is send related to a ticket it contains 2
URLS: the URL of the Trac server, which is defined in the trac.ini file
and a 'Ticket URL'. The hostname part of the 'Ticket URL' appears to
depend on the hostname part of the URL I was logged on to when creating
or changing the ticket. e.g.:

when I'm logged on to https://192.168.1.1/trac/... and create a ticket
the 'Ticket URL' contains 'https:/192.168.1.1/...'
When I then log on via https://trac/trac/... and update the ticket the
'ticket URL' in the mail contains 'https://trac/trac/...'

Is there any way to force the hostname part of the URLs used in mails
send by Trac to be something I specify?

Thanks in advance,

Nico
