FYI ... I had a similar case some time ago ... my solution was a
little bit different ... the admin part is as follows ...

... I installed TracRPCPlugin [1]_. Next I granted XMLRPC, and further
read only permissions to `anonymous`,

... and finally I wrote a relatively simple script (in Python ;) so as
to add all those resources (wiki as HTML, milestones ... I am not sure
about tickets but I think so ;) to another environment ... but it is
possible to do anything you want with this info ... ;)

Doing so admins still have the opportunity to control the situation
(i.e. not to turn TRAC_ADMIN on for everybody ... I only recommend
this to be a last recourse decision ... IMO ;) and you could even
configure crontab to generate such docs systematically ... or maybe
more ...

PD: Thanks for the pointer ... ;) ... I don't remember right now where
I put the aforementioned script ... if I do it later, I will let you
know ... But saving Trac wiki and so on should be fairly easy this way
... AFAICR ...
