Thanks for replying, I thought my post was lost somewhere :)

I have installed webadmin seperately as described in the blog I
mentioned above, and I have placed the plugin directory in the plugins
folder of my project. Here are the details:

$ls trac_sites/1/plugins
accountmanagerplugin
index.html
iniadmin
tracnav
webadmin


$ls trac_sites/1/plugins/webadmin
COPYING
TracWebAdmin.egg-info
build
dist
setup.cfg
setup.py
webadmin

Am I placing them somewhere incorrect? please let me know none of the
above plugins are visible on my web front end
