Wich url are you tryin to access ... perhaps you are trying to access
an admin page (e.g. /admin/ ...) and this message is shown since Trac
does not find any login info (... you have not provided any
credentials to login ;) ...

have you configured Trac so that the main page be an admin page ?
Check out trac.ini ... usually WikiSubsystem is the one, but it is
possible to specify another ...

... else, I have no idea ... at least for the moment ... :(
