Sorry that I am easily confused.  In summary, I need:

1) Python installed with version 2.5 or newer.
2) Setuptools
3) Trac
4) Subversion bindings (for which source browser, the SVN repo
browser?  Where do the bindings come from?)
5) Apache (what is the APR version?)

Seeing the above, it also looks like I should have:

6) docutils
7) PostgresSQL
8) pgInstaller for Windows
9) psychopg (what is this for?)
10) Genshi
11) mod_python

And I don't know what order they should be installed. Or, should I
install some now and others later?
