there are others as well, which all rely on the xmlrpc plugin and
appropriate rights.  Such as:

this yet.
http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/EclipseTracPlugin - particularly nice if
you use the mylyn plugin
http://code.google.com/p/textmate-trac-bundle/ trac features for
textmate.  no idea how far along it is.

There may be others.  Trac also supports RST, there are many editors
for that.
