removed http://trac.edgewall.org/browser/tags/trac-0.11.2.1/trac/ticket/report.py#L118 the condition to check for the enabled query module, and now it works again.
but i am wondering how this check is done, resp. can fail. we are using a parent_env configuration, webadmin shows correctly that the query module is enabled. rupert.
