possible and people can switch between one or the other by
checking/unchecking a lovely check box (i.e. a bool option) ... Oh my!
I love all those tiny & beatiful checkboxes ... ;)
For example, this is helpful when some text has been copied and pasted
from an external source ...
Have you already tried WYSIWYG editor ... It probably does this
(including copy/paste ;) ... You can see it in action here [1]_ ...

PD: Please don't create the ticket if you 'r not actually reporting an
issue, use the preview instead ... and try ASAYC since I am not sure
about granting TICKET_CREATE perms to anonymous users ... and maybe
