We've installed the Doxygen plug-in (TracDoxygen 0.11.0.2dev) in Trac 0.11.1. We see Doxygen on the ribbon at the top of our Trac pages and there is a Doxygen checkbox on the Trac search results page but Trac's search doesn't seem to find anything in the Doxygen-generated documents. For example, if I put in a function name that I know is in the Doxygen docs, I get no hits. Is there some configuration or integration that we've left off?
