Hi, After an upgrade to 0.11, I wish to modify my ticket_notify_email.txt file to do something like this :
#choose ticket.status #when 'new' do something #end #when 'closed' do something #end #end But this doesn't work (it worked with the 0.10 and the previous template language). Can anyone help me ?
