Based <snip> I forgot to mention, there are a few plugins that allow you to create ticket "templates" based on type that could ease this a bit more (forget which ones), depending on implementation. still not the "ideal" of 1 tickets automagically(tm) spawns the other 3 tickets.....but still. If you use a single ticket with workflow, you can just default the description. You could also use the TicketValidator plugin to make sure certain custom fields are filled in at specific steps. (make "mailbox" required after the MailManJoe does his step and forwards to next workflow step. require WebSiteAddr to be filled in one webadminJulie does her thing....)
