It does not seem to do that when svn:mime-type is already set.
However, when you attach something to a ticket or a wiki page, it does
as you say. But when you access something in a repository, and that
item has svn:mime-type set, it simply uses that. Which all makes
perfect sense. I think trac is not doing anything wrong. The problem
is in my repository. I was just curious if (1) I could change trac
behavior for a bit and (2) if anyone expected any issues with changing
svn:mimie-type on the repository items from application/octet-stream
to whatever it should be for the item.
