Well in this case (no anchors ;) maybe there's no possible way you can
get to the exact location with a single click, unless ... well, unless
u change roadmap template (Genhi ?) and include the anchors somehow
and later include in the wiki page something like :

[/roadmap#YourMilestone The best Milestone ever]
