If you are logged in as a TRAC_ADMIN user, you can put ?hdfdump=1 on any URL
to see the data dict. You might want to install the TracDeveloper plugin,
since that has a nicer visualizer for it too. It is subject to change at any
time, though we try to not do so without a reason.

Yes, it is entirely freeform in that it is a live python data structure.
