I'm finding the documentation on how to use some built-in features AND how to use some plugins kind of sparse. I was asked to NOT post tickets for usability issues, only bugs.
For features, is this the best place to ask for help? Where can I post requests that the Trac project add additional documentation or explanations? If I figure things out myself, can I add to the online documentation by editing the wiki pages? Would I do this through tickets? For plugins, how can I contact the plugin author to ask for help? I could not find an email link. When you click on the author's name, you get a list of their other plugins, but not a way to contact them. Should I post tickets?
