Yes ...

I removed the plugin (completely), I stopped apache, and started
tracd, and the everything was back to normal ... Later I started
apache once again and «the ghost» (the plugin) is still there in
admin->plugins page. However if I (en | dis)able any of its component
then the env becomes broken ... :(

Conclusions :

I cant uninstall the plugin ...

- Why is the plugin available for other envs if I installed it locally ?
- Why is the uninstall button disabled in the env the plugin is installed ?
- Why ? Why ? Why ?

The fact is that I dont remember the name of Alfred Hitchcock's movie
where the good guy has the same problem ... Damn it !

XD
