I have edited the wiki: http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/ProjectManagementIdeas
and added the notion that tasks are represented as tickets. If you think otherwise, please explain - I'm not sure this is right, but it seems obvious. I have also put a bit more of an earned value spin on things. I read the SubTickets proposal again and I think that's about grouping bugs, not about a WBS.
