When I add custom ticket fields, they show up in the new ticket panel,
but are greyed out, not editable.

I made a previous post about this problem in regards to the
MasterTicketPlugin, but the problem seems to be with custom ticket
fields in my system, and not the plugin. (http://groups.google.com/
group/trac-users/browse_thread/thread/ca64305b009c11fa).

I checked that all authenticated users have all ticket permissions.
It happens when I'm logged in as admin as well.

Any ideas?
