The TICKET_EDIT_CC and TICKET_EDIT_DESCRIPTION permission do not seem to work. Nothing shows up unless you also have TICKET_MODIFY, which renders everything editable, which I don't want. My goal is to allow the users to edit the desc and CC fields only ( after initial creation ).
