This information is already available in the ticket history. Really it's just a matter of extracting this information for reporting purposes (I assume) since it is displayed in the ticket history. Some SQL-fu should probably take care of what you are after. I, unfortunately, and an SQL nit-wit. But I am sure someone can answer it. if it hasn't already been shown somewhere in this user group. also, if it's just a viewing issue, and you really don't want to scroll to the bottom of hte ticket change history, you can click on the link in Last Change xMonths ago which will take you to the timeline, and highlight the particular change in question, which also shows the whom in this equation.
