Thanks Vela, i have installed the plug-in, but it seems it only add a due date when creating a new ticket (which it is good), but what i really need is to change some reports in order to get a list of closed tickets from a specific date. Where is hosted the reports files which their sql??, i would like to add some reports but i do not where to put the sql query.
