My recommendation: 1. Make a wiki page hierarchy as you wish.
2. Use the IncludeMacro to include svn documentation in the relevent pages. This approach has deficiencies: 1. You won't be able to edit the documentation TTW. It would be awesome if there was a plugin that did this. (I'd use it, anyway) 2.
