I know there are a couple of old tickets about renaming milestones not going as far as you might like (e.g., that ticket history isn't updated) but even current data doesn't seem to be completely updated. If I create a milestone named "Foo Bar" and on wiki/MyPage I put milestone:"Foo Bar" then go edit the milestone and change it's name, the wiki page has a dead link. It is too muhc to expect that current links to a milestone be updated? Maybe it's hard and slow but it's surely much harder and slower to do it by hand.
