I have a new trac (0.11.1) installation and project, and while everything else seems to work, the file attachment fails without an error message. I am redirected from the file attachment screen to a screen with the title of the page I came from (the wiki title or ticket number), and an Attach button, which takes you back to the attachment screen.
Things I've already checked: - My test file is well under my max file size as set in trac.ini, and I temporarily set the render_unsafe_content to true, just in case there was a false positive of some sort. - I temporarily set the write permissions in the entire system wide open--it's not a file permission issue. - There are no errors or warnings being thrown to the trac logs, other than the missing logo due to the fresh install. - Apache is throwing no errors to its error.log.
