Thanks a lot for your helping hands. I need your help on this too. I have been going through olpc project and been impressed with their Ticket System.Especially this link http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Trac_ticket_workflow with user story was soemthing which influenced me. I want the same setup in my Machine for Ticket System. As of now I have installed Trac and integrated SVN too. I am in attempt to build Ticket WorkFlow. I want to know what entry I need to make in trac.ini same as olpc Project. Please help me with this.
