If I remove the XML_RPC permission from anonymous and assign it to authenticated users then it won't work.
One more thing would like share you that, to view ticket or for doing any changes in ticket through eclipse you need to give ticket admin permission to anonymous. And it is risky to give ticket admin access rights to anonymous.
