Sorry, maybe I just didn't express it right. What I meant is that I
wasn't really worried about the Admin tab, because I wouldn't need it
(as I can configure trac.ini by hands).

I'm not sure about what happened, but after a server restart, the
plugin has been loaded. I had

It's enabled now. I'll test it and, if needed, I'll create the bug.
