In https://subtrac.sara.nl/oss/email2trac/ticket/153, I noted that email2trac
doesn't work well with Outlook (at least Outlook 2003) because when replying to
a ticket, Outlook puts the long lines of dashes in the ticket header on a new
line, without the quoting character resulting in annoying horizontal rules in
the resulting ticket comment. I'm trying to modify my notifications to not
include those dividing lines. At
http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracNotification#Customizingthee-mailcontent I've
started notes about that. But the notification template starts:

 $ticket_body_hdr
 $ticket_props
 #choose ticket.new
   #when True
 $ticket.description
   #end
   #otherwise
 ...

And while I assume ticket_body_hdr is where those dividers come from, I don't
see a way to tune ticket_body_hdr. What am I missing?

                                                 Chris
