Yes, this is possible, and there are various pages on the Internet that describes possible configurations.
We're using the Windows 2003, IIS 6 platform. Trac is being served up as a Windows service running the tracd Python script, which is passed in requests using the Apache ISAPI redirector. We are also running svnserve as a Windows service, and the user accounts are shared between Trac and SVN using a file-based SASL database. We elected to do this because we didn't want to attempt to run both IIS and Apache on the same hardware.
