Used easy_install on Ubuntu to get 0.11.5 (apt-cache shows old 0.10)
Then found fcgi to use with "locate trac | grep fcgi" and finally
copied
/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/Trac-0.11.5-py2.5.egg/trac/admin/
templates/deploy_trac.fcgi to my location
