The only problem I have seem with this plugin is that if the date is incorrectly formatted, it prints a warning at the top of the ticket when it is submitted. However, it seems that the ticket changes are not kept. I lost a bit of ticket maintenance time before I saw that was the case. As to the date+offset, I will look into the TicketGuidelines plugin, which I have not come across before.
