I'm looking for the following functionality and have not been able to figure out how to setup in trac nor could I find plugins to do it for me.
1) Ticket types: I would like to be able to limit the available ticket types to someone based on their group. Eg: anonymous users will be limited to the ticket types "user-featureRequest" and "user-bug". 2) Components, types, priorities: Only certain groups can assign tickets to specific components. If a ticket is opened for the component "Database" and the type is "dev1-bug", then the priority should automatically be bumped up high. The idea being is that bugs in certain components will be, by their very nature, more important than other bugs. Thank you for any input on this...
