I'm looking for the following functionality and have not been able to
figure out how to setup in trac nor could I find plugins to do it for
me.

1) Ticket types: I would like to be able to limit the available ticket
types to someone based on their group. Eg: anonymous users will be
limited to the ticket types "user-featureRequest" and "user-bug".

2) Components, types, priorities: Only certain groups can assign
tickets to specific components. If a ticket is opened for the
component "Database" and the type is "dev1-bug", then the priority
should automatically be bumped up high. The idea being is that bugs in
certain components will be, by their very nature, more important than
other bugs.
