Hello all,

I've been hosting Trac 0.11.5 on FreeBSD 7.2 ever since it was
released using mod_wsgi. Today I needed to update the base os and a
number of applications. The only trac-related updates were python
2.6.2 -> 2.6.4 and setuptools 0.6c9 -> 0.6c11.

The updates went ok and all of my trac sites are loading fine.
However, the header and footer are completely missing. Looking at the
generated html code, here's the start of body:

</head><body>
    <div id="content" class="wiki">

And here's the end:

    <div id="altlinks">
      <h3>Download in other formats:</h3>

      <ul>
        <li class="last first">
          <a rel="nofollow" href="/wiki/WikiStart?format=txt">Plain Text</a>
        </li>
      </ul>
    </div>
  </body></html>

All the content is exactly as it should be and I can perform
wiki-related functions like editing pages. It just looks like
something is wrong with the template.

I tried to remove everything python-related, including python 2.6.4,
and the reinstall it from scratch. Unfortunately the problem persists.

The one thing that seems to be different is that before the update,
trac would copy _speedups.so file to
PYTHON_EGG_CACHE\Genshi-0.5.1-py2.6-freebsd-7.2-RELEASE-p4-amd64.egg
directory. This doesn't seem to happen anymore and since templates are
handled by Genshi, I'm wondering if that could be related.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? There are no errors in the
logs and the wiki templates are working fine, they are just not being
wrapped by the site templates, none of which were ever modified.
