Quuick note; I noticed in my editing I made an error that coudl cause a little confusion in my question; where I stated "what would be a smart way to deploy and utilize Scrum given the two different workflows we are interested in..." it should read what would be a smart way to deploy and utilize Trac given the two different workflows we are interested in..."
