Thanks Remy for the prompt response!
We are currently running the Trac over Windows server. I tried giving
the write access to the trac.ini to everyone, but still the same issue
is occurring. Can anyone please guide me to the correct way of
assigning write permissions to the trac.ini file?
The section in httpd.conf file for more info -
