In the default configuration of the tickets workflow, once resolving an
issue, the status is automatically changed to “Closed”. I would like to add
another status called “Resolved”. The workflow should be as follows:

 

1.       Ticket opened and assigned à Status=”New”.

2.       Ticket resolved à Status=”Resolved”, with an option (ie “Action”)
to “Verify”.

3.       Ticket verified à Status=”Closed”.

 

Could you please tell me if this is possible and if so, how it is done?
