Hi Nac,

I've never seen that before, try upgrading to trac 0.11.6 it might
solve the problem instructions on upgrading can be found here.

It shouldn't really be a problem with sqlite loading the data in to
the database unless something else is writing to the database at the
same time and is taking a long time to write. (sqlite only locks the
database when writing).
