I, for one, would be very grateful for a solution to migrate user names.  We're 
hoping to move from .htpasswd to LDAP-based auth. Problem is....different user 
names!  So while changing the auth is trivial, there's a *ton* of data (in all 
sorts of tables, etc) that are username dependent.

I'm not sure, in general, how to intelligently do this in a RDB where lots of 
plugins make their own tables, but any pointers towards this end would be 
appreciated.
