The site where I host part of my projects (i.e. `opensvn.csie.org`)
used to work (especially the wiki) until recently when was upgraded to
Trac 0.11.6 . That's why I think it's an issue with Trac 0.11.6 or
Genshi . There is a page [1]_ that displays the following TracError

Trac Error
Genshi UnicodeDecodeError error while rendering template (unknown
template location)
}}}
Nonetheless all links are listed using TOC macro [2]_
Anybody else experiencing such errors ? Solutions ?
